The “Grand Slam of Slots” Terms and Conditions are additional to the current general terms and conditions of Ladbrokescasino.com and therefore do not replace any pre-existing Terms & Conditions that appear on this Casino Website.
The promotional period runs between Wednesday July 01, 2009 and Monday November 02, 2009. The Grand Slam of Slots final takes place from 17:00 UK Time Thursday 22nd October to 20:00 UK Time Monday 2nd November.
This promotion is open to Real Account holders registered at Ladbrokescasino.com.
Individual players are only allowed 1 (one) entry (alias) per qualifying tournament and the Grand Final Tournament. Ladbrokescasino.com reserves the right to remove players or aliases from any tournament, if it is deemed that a player has entered more than once.
Qualification tournaments will take place on Tomb Raider, Avalon, Loaded, Hitman and Thunderstruck slots. The Grand Final Tournament will take place on the Tomb Raider slot only.
Entry into the Grand Final Tournament cannot be purchased and can only be gained through one of the following: Qualifying Tournaments, Marketing Promotions, Prize Draws and Giveaways.
Additional entries may be given away at the discretion of Ladbrokescasino.om.
Entry to the to the Grand Final Tournament will only be awarded to players who have previously purchased and wagered a minimum of €20 or currency equivalent with Ladbrokescasino.com and who have a registered MPV [tournament] alias. i.e. If a player wins a ticket to the Final tournament, and has not made a purchase of at least €20, and wagered this full amount, with Ladbrokescasino.com or has not registered an alias, by the end of the relevant weeks qualifying tournament, they will forfeit their Entry.
Entry to the Grand Final Tournament cannot be exchanged for cash.
All details of the final will be emailed to all Real Account holders prior to the event starting.
The Grand Final Tournament will be run over the period Friday October 22 and Monday November 02, 2009. The final live tournament is hosted, managed and controlled by Microgaming. Ladbrokescasino.com will not enter into any discussion around the validity, fairness and running of the Final Live Tournament.
The Grand Final Tournament prize total is €1,299,500 or the equivalent amount converted to Dollars, British Pounds or your chosen currency of play. The first prize for the Grand Final Tournament is €1,000,000 (one million Euros) or the equivalent amount converted to Dollars, British Pounds, or your chosen currency of play. This prize will be awarded to the individual who finishes first on the grand final tournament leader board. Payment will be credited to accounts within 48 hours of tournament completion.
A further €299,500 or the equivalent Euro amount converted to your chosen currency of play will be split between the next 450 places on the Grand Final Tournament leader board and selected special positions. Payment will be credited to accounts within 48 hours of tournament completion.
In the Grand Final Tournament each player will be provided with 9000 starting chips with one hour “Play Time” in which to use up all the chips. Each alias in the Final will be allowed 999 Re-Buys and up to 3 Continue Plays per score. Re-buys will be priced at €20 and Continue Plays will also be priced at €20.
Ladbrokescasino.com will make every attempt to inform and remind all qualifiers to participate in the various qualifying tournaments as well as the Final Live Tournament. Please note that should a Player be eligible to compete in any of the qualifying tournaments or the Final Live Tournament and then for whatever reason not participate in that Tournament, the Casino shall not be liable to compensate that Player in any manner whatsoever.
The finalists agree that their first names, photographs and video imagery may be used in any promotional material and press release by Ladbrokescasino.com.
All prize winners will be published on Ladbrokescasino.com .
Any foreign exchange rates applied will be decided by Ladbrokescasino.com, and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
Once Ladbrokescasino.com hands the prize to the Winners, the Winners shall own and bear all risk in and to the Prize. All costs and liabilities related to the Prize thereafter, including, but not limited to, personal tax, banking fees and insurance shall be the sole responsibility of the winner and for the winner's exclusive account.
If technical problems are experienced by a player while participating in any of the qualifying tournaments, Ladbrokescasino.com will investigate the cause thereof. At the discretion of Ladbrokescasino.com, buy-in, re-buy or continue play amounts may be refunded. If the technical issues are deemed to be player related (e.g. ISP connectivity issues), Ladbrokescasino.com reserve the right not to refund any amounts.
All Casino promotions are subject to ongoing review. The Casino reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without giving notice.
Ladbrokescasino.com reserves the right to change the published promotional schedule and associated prize amounts without giving notice.
Players may, at the discretion of Ladbrokescasino.com, be invited to participate in additional special invitation promotions over the period.
Employees or any member of Ladbrokes and Ladbrokescasino.com, their agencies or their families are not eligible to enter this competition at Ladbrokescasino.com.
Ladbrokescasino.com’s determination of the Winners shall be final and binding on all parties. Ladbrokescasino.com shall not enter into any correspondence in this regard.
Ladbrokescasino.com reserves the right to provide/allow more than 1 alias per player for the Final.
