  1. Bonuses issued in the Ladbrokes Casino tab, may not be used in conjunction with other promotions. In addition, bonus and promotional offers may only be used once and are not transferable or assignable.   2. Bonuses are only available to customers who make a deposit/transfer/allocate funds for it. Only one bonus is awarded per person, household, shared computer or shared IP address, unless stated otherwise in the promotion offer.
  3. The Wagering Requirements for all bonuses must be met within (30) days of your bonus becoming active otherwise the bonus + winnings will be removed, unless stated otherwise in the supplemental Terms & Conditions.
  4. If you have yet to complete the wagering requirements of a bonus whilst having claimed for another bonus/es, you must be aware that you must complete the wagering requirements of the first bonus before starting to accumulate the wagering for any consecutive bonus/es. Please note that until your combined total balance (allocated funds + bonus amount) between your active bonus and any other pending bonus/es reaches less than £1, you will still be tied into the wagering requirements for any claimed bonus/es in your account.

Any attempt to withdraw/transfer (including transfers to other products) any funds in your account; including any cash balance which is NOT attached to the bonus, prior to having met the full wagering requirements, will result in you forfeiting this bonus and any other bonus/es that may be pending in your account at the time, including any winnings which may have been generated from these.

WAGERING REQUIREMENTS

  1. The Wagering Requirements for any bonus are as follows - you must wager at least twenty times (x20) your allocated funds plus your bonus amount, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant supplemental Terms and Conditions. For example, if you allocate £100 and receive a bonus worth £100, you will be required to wager (£100 + £100) x 20 = £4000.

  1. BE ADVISED that your allocated funds are wagered first; once fully wagered, you will start wagering on your promotional bonus.

FREE PLAY BONUSES (I.E. NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED)

  1. For Registration bonuses, extra spins, free spins and free bonuses which require NO deposit, note that no winnings at all may be withdrawn/transferred until you have transferred at least £10 into your Player Account. In addition, no winnings accrued in connection with any Free Bonus may be withdrawn/transferred until the wagering requirements have been met.
  2. The maximum winnings that will be paid out resulting from a free bonus (or extra &Free spins) will be £100 (even if the amount of winnings accrued by you utilizing this bonus is in excess of this amount).
  3. The Wagering Requirements for Free and Registration bonuses are thirty (30) times the Bonus sum awarded to you, unless stated otherwise in the supplemental Terms and Conditions.

PROMOTIONAL ABUSE

  1. Ladbrokes Casino reserve the right to review transaction records and logs from time to time, for any reason whatsoever. If, upon such a review, it appears that a customer is participating in strategies that Ladbrokes management, in its sole discretion deems to be abusive, Ladbrokes reserves the right to revoke the entitlement of such a customer to any promotion.
  2. If a player has an active bonus and wins more than twice the value of the bonus amount, they must stay playing in a game of similar or equal weighting until wagering has been completed. Moving from low weighted games like Blackjack, to high weighted games like slots, after a large win, for the sole purpose of completing wagering requirements, will result in the bonus and any winnings being removed.
  3. All withdrawals will be subject to an internal audit before being processed. Ladbrokes reserves all rights to void Bonuses or any winnings for failed audits. Player hereby consents in advance to same.
  4. If, upon such a review, it appears that a Player(s) are participating in strategies, taking advantage of any software or system bug or failure, or participating in any form of activity that Ladbrokes, in its sole and complete discretion, deems to be abusive ('Promotion Abuse'), Ladbrokes reserves the right to revoke the entitlement of such a Player to receive or benefit from the promotion (and/or withhold the pay out of the proceeds of such abuse to the Player/s in question). Only fully settled bets (i.e. bets that result in a win or loss) will be counted towards wagering.
  5. Among various abusive strategies and patterns we feel it is imperative to emphasize that customers cannot bet more than 30% of the bonus amount in a single bet or game round on any of Ladbrokes Casino games for the duration of the bonus, otherwise the bonus and all associated winnings may be voided.
  6. Ladbrokes may deem a customer's behaviour as "Promotion Abuse' for any of the further cases ( but not reserved only to these solely):
    1. The Player is in control of or otherwise maintains more than one active accounts at Ladbrokes (unless awarded prior approval by Ladbrokes management)
    2. If the Player's Ladbrokes account does not match the name on the credit card(s) the Player provided to make deposits on the account;
    3. If different Players share the same payment solution (e.g. two Players who have the same Neteller account);
    4. If the Player provides registration information that is false or incorrect;
    5. If, intentionally or unintentionally, the Player has permitted another player to play on their personal Ladbrokes account;
    6. If, while using a Ladbrokes promotional offer, a Player utilizes a professional gambling and betting pattern (e.g. Player uses an even bet pattern while betting on roulette games)
    7. If a Player builds a balance while playing any other game or games that are not slot games and thereafter change their game play to generate wager requirements on slot games.
    8. If a Player has disputed charges for ("charged back") any of the money deposited into their Ladbrokes account or any of our partner or software supplier casinos;
    1. Furthermore, if upon such review, the customers' practices have been deemed to be 'Promotion Abuse', Ladbrokes has the right to take the following actions, at its sole discretion, against such abusers:
      1. All winnings in any account/s belonging to such customer will be withheld and any pending bonuses will be voided.
      2. Abusing customer accounts may be terminated immediately.
      3. Customers found to be abusing promotions may be barred from receiving further promotional offers.
    1. Ladbrokes has the right to refuse or void a bonus or winnings in the event of funds being cancelled or denied by any payment service or payment provider.

Ladbrokes is aware that some free bonus links may be posted on other sites or through forums or the information that the potential customer received may have been forwarded on to other persons who didn't receive the genuine bonus offer.     6. In order for us to process your withdrawal, for security we need to verify your identity.
