Card Climber is a multi level ‘higher or lower’ card game. 25 cards are drawn onto the main game board in rows of 5, with only the bottom row and part of the second row initially visible to the player. The player then selects a stake using the stake selector and hits play, which draws an extra card to the left of the first level.
The player can then change this card once for another from the pack by hitting CHANGE or stick with their existing card and choose HIGHER or LOWER to move to the next card by clicking the relevant button. If the player predicts correctly (aces are high and the same card again is an automatic lose) then they advance to the next card and can predict again.
The player advances along the level by making correct predictions in a bid to reach the right hand side of the screen to complete the level and win the prize displayed. If at any point an incorrect prediction is made the player loses and the game is over with no returns paid.
Once a level is complete the player can choose to collect the current prize with the COLLECT button or risk it on completing the next level with the NEXT LEVEL button. If the player chooses to continue, the final card of the current level moves to the left hand side and the next level of cards moves down into view. The player can CHANGE if they wish and play then continues as with the first level.
The player can advance through up to 5 levels with the prize for the 5th level being entry to a big money bonus game. In this game they select a gold card from one of 10 available, which has one of 10 big money prizes on it. If the player reaches this game they are guaranteed a win and this is collected automatically and paid to their account at the end of the game.
