How do I join a multiplayer casino tournament?
To join a tournament a player double clicks the tournament name or clicks the join button. If there is a buy in and fee value, the total is deducted from the players balance immediately. Each time a player registers for a tournament is added to My Tournaments.

How do I know a multiplayer casino tournament is going to start if I have registered?
If a player is in the game lobby or playing a single player game, one minute prior to the tournament starts, players receive a pop up message notifying them of a tournament start. If a player clicks the ok button, the tournament count down screen is displayed.

These pop ups update every 30 seconds. The final pop up displays five seconds prior to the tournament start. If a player ignores the pop up and does not go to the tournament screen they have until the end of the first round to join the tournament. Otherwise their entry is forfeited.

What is the "coin balance"?
At the beginning of the tournament players are awarded starting coins. All wagers made during the play of the tournament are subtracted from the coin balance. Wins are not added to the coin balance. Therefore the coin balance only decreases during the tournament play. The player’s game play is over when this balance is zero or when the player cannot make the minimum wager.

What is a "Win box balance"?
At the beginning of the tournament, the win box balance is zero for each player. All wins awarded during the tournament play are added to the win box balance. Therefore, this balance increases during tournament play. The winner of any slot tournament is determined by the value of the players win box balance. At the end of the tournament the player with the largest balance is the winner.

What is a multiplayer casino "Scheduled" tournament?
A Scheduled tournament starts at a fixed time. This type of tournament is popular amongst players as they have the ability to compete as soon as they click play. Players are required to wait until the end of the tournament until the final results are known. Due to players participating in tournaments from different global locations, this may result in system lag and small delays in updating a player’s credits total with their prize.

What is a multiplayer casino "Sit n Go" tournament?
A sit and go tournament starts when all players for the tournament have registered. Players have to wait for the minimum amount of players to register before the tournament may begin. However at the end of the tournament, final results are made known almost immediately.

What happens if I disconnect from the multiplayer casino tournament?
If a player re-connects with in the tournament time they can continue playing. Otherwise, the winnings total remains static reflecting the amount at the time of the disconnection. If a Player is disconnected from the system during tournament play, the following rules apply:

1. If a Player is disconnected during play, the slot will not spin on behalf of the Player.
2. If the Player reconnects within the tournament time, they can continue playing in the tournament.
3. If the Player cannot reconnect, their winning total will remain static, reflecting the amount at the time of disconnection.

What are game statistics?
Game Statistics enable you to view information about your current game session. You can view the number of spins that you have played, and the highest three win amounts.
Click the Statistics button to open the Statistics dialog box.
The following information is displayed:

• General tab
• Spin Results section: Displays the number of spins played during the current game session, the length of your game session, and the average number of spins per hour.
• Highest Wins section: Displays the highest three win amounts during the current game session.

The OK button closes the Statistics dialog box.
The Reset button clears the game statistics to zero.

Important: Statistics only apply to the current game session, when you exit the game, the Statistics reset to zero.
