How do I remove content blocking?
Simply put, you need to verify that you are over the age of 18 with your network operator, and this usually means registering your credit card details with them. A guide on how to achieve this with each network operator can be found below.
Vodafone
You can remove content blocking on your Vodafone handset by using the Vodafone WAP service during the download process. Alternatively you can unblock your phone online, by calling Vodafone Customer Services, or in person at any Vodafone store.
Vodafone will deduct £1 from your credit card, but you will then receive £2.50 worth of credit on your mobile account. If you visit one of their stores, there is no need to be charged on your credit card, but you will need to bring a proof of your age, such as a UK driving license. If you have issues undertaking this during the download process please call Vodafone UK Customer Services for more information.
