I've downloaded the service, but can't seem to connect.

On some handsets you might successfully download the service but might find that you can't connect. This is probably because you have the incorrect GPRS settings. To resolve this you need to ask your network operator to send you the GPRS settings for the MOBILE INTERNET or MOBILE WEB as opposed to WAP. Please refer to the network operator contact information
