Using your bonus
- Once you have received the qualification email from customer services explaining that your free chips have been added to your bonus account, log into your account in either our download or instant play casino.
- Choose any game in our download or instant play casino (check games that are excluded or have special turnover requirements)
- Load the game and wait up to 15 seconds for your 50 chips to appear in your bonus balance.
- If the chips don't appear, log out of that game, and log in again. If the chips still don't appear please contact Customer Services
