Can the service be used on all mobile phones?

No, the service is built to run on java enabled phones only. If your phone is less than twelve months old then it is likely to support java, although there are exceptions. In order to check the compatibility of your handset click on the link below:

Is my phone compatible?

Alternatively, you can go through the download process and we will check to see if your handset is compatible with our service. We are constantly adding new handset support so if your phone is not currently compatible, but it supports java, it is likely to be supported in the near future. Once you have gone through the download process we will have your details and, if you so choose, we will inform you when a specific version for your phone is ready for download.
